Healthy Sandwich With Lettuce, Tomato And Ham

Ingredients
2 pita breads, cut in halves
4 slices of beef or chicken ham
1 big, red, ripe tomato, sliced
4 lettuce leaves
1/2 cucumber, sliced
parsley
paprika powder
1 teaspoon olive oil



method
Grill the pita bread for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Optionally, you can oil the bread before putting it on the grill. Add a layer of fresh, crisp lettuce. Put the beef or chicken ham on top of it, then the tomato slices. Add a little parsley and a sprinkle of paprika. Fold each half pita into a sandwich shape and enjoy your healthy snack.
